The estimate of regional water consumption was prepared by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) for the Calliope Surface Water Management Area
Estimated water consumption is 33,088 ML
Household comprises approximately 9% of total water consumption; Agriculture comprises approximately 7% of total water consumption; Mining, Manufacturing and Other comprise the remainder.
