The estimate of regional water consumption as prepared by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) includes water use within the Adelaide, Myponga, and McLaren Vale PWA Surface Water Management Areas
Estimated water consumption is 40,575 ML
Household comprises approximately 37% of total water consumption; Agriculture comprises approximately 31% of total water consumption; Other comprises approximately 26% of total water consumption; Mining and Manufacturing comprise the remainder.
