Outcomes from water balances
The four main criteria for the comparison are:
- Spatial location (e.g. comparing results for northern Australia to southeast Australia and Western Australia)
- Level of development (including level of allocations, irrigation) of the water management area
- State and territory comparisons
- Urban verses rural context
